The Journey begins.
well,
it took 2 days to finally get to Vietnam. We flew Turkish Airlines
which were brilliant, but we had to kill 6 hours in Istanbul before
landing in Bangkok to refuel then finally getting to our destination of
Ho Chi Minh City. It was the middle of Tet (New Year) so when we got there, there were massive
celebrations happening therefore the streets looked even more manic than
usual.
